2021 Christmas and 2022 New Year

Getting close to that time of the year. It'll be my second Christmas away from home. But the Christmas tree is up.

Already starting to organise presents early, which is an uncharacteristic thing for me to do.

I'm usually one of those scurrying around at Chermside during 24/7 shopping.

I really hope you all have a fantastic time.
 
Slowly getting through my shopping now. I actually loath wrapping more. Maybe I can find a charity who would do it for me...

Anyone getting or giving any Titans gear?

Missing home a lot this time of year.

Hope everyone stays safe with the rise of the new variety of our little friend.

I'm getting into the Christmas mood by watching Christmas episodes of my favorite shows. I have been skipping and saving them during the year. Any recommendations would be great.

I'm gonna watch The Community special which is stop motion like the old Rudolf movie.

And I'm going to watch Santa Clause Conquers the Martians. LOL

I'm having a lovely lazy day. Got my pudding and apple cider.

I'm feeling the warm glow of a fantastic 2022 coming for us.

I think Hongkongers get more and more into Christmas every year, so that makes it a bit easier to be away from home.

Also, thank god for modern technology. Video chat and sharing photos. It really makes me admire people who lived abroad decades ago.

I wish you happiness and health for the year ahead!
 
Belated Merry Christmas one and all … third Christmas away from family because of Covid which is wearing very thin … looking forward to 2022.
