Yeah when I saw the bottom line for how much I’m being charged for next year I too broke out in a sweat. My membership for 2025 going up by 8.5 per cent! More than twice the CPI

I would not mind if we had a top 4 side.Yeah when I saw the bottom line for how much I’m being charged for next year I too broke out in a sweat.
In what world do the clowns running the show think they deserve a 10% increase in ticket revenue.I would not mind if we had a top 4 side.
Stadium is run by stadiums qld so they don’t have a say in the ticket pricing if stadium qld org is putting up their feesIn what world do the clowns running the show think they deserve a 10% increase in ticket revenue.
How about 4 winning seasons let a lone 4 titles hahhaha, We haven't had one with the man since 2010 ffs.1% ticket increase per win in 2024.
What a great way to make the game day experience even less void of Titans fans.
Shouldn't we have won about 2 premierships and been selling out CBUS every week by now Steve? Can we get someone in charge who knows what they are doing?

1 Good for Stadiums Qld - surely they have a lease with the Titans with increases stipulated. If the Titans agreed to an 8.5% increase PA it explains why we've been a shit show since 2011/Not our problem as fans.Stadium is run by stadiums qld so they don’t have a say in the ticket pricing if stadium qld org is putting up their fees
They also have to pay their direct event staff more per cpi and have other fees like interest staff and maintenance for the stadium
You know that increases of a couple percent across multiple cost units would make a higher increase in the end product right1 Good for Stadiums Qld - surely they have a lease with the Titans with increases stipulated. 2 You tell me staff are getting an 8.5% pay rise and I'll show you a liar
Yes mate. Ever notice how federal treasurers always make commitments/forecasts 4+ years ahead? 3 year terms, that's why.I don't get 2030? Why not goals for 2026? That's when everyone signed is signed for including the coach. What happens if all these people get fired? Does it turn into a 2035 thing and go back another 5 years?
It generally averages out as a percentage increase. If transport costs go up 5%, wages 4%, and materials 6%, that doesn't mean your costs have gone up 15% lol.You know that increases of a couple percent across multiple cost units would make a higher increase in the end product right
ie. 3% more to the stadium, 3% more to staff, 2% due to currency devaluation and inflation etc etc
100%. I know Erin Clark was based up Coomera/Pimpama way and Herbert when he was with us was looking at real estate in that neck of the woods too. No bank is going to lend $1.5 million to a 21 year old winger/centre on a 2 year $250k PA contract to buy a house near the beach at Burleigh or Miami.I love when fans on all media find out about Aineshole being a SCUM polly, because they all say he talks like one..... Yeah we dealt with him. I really don't like Ainsely despite helping us through our darkest period, DORK.
I miss old Miami/Burleigh/Palmy... The whole place has been gentrified to hell under dodgy Tate and councillers but most of all the housing and I'll bring it back to our club and getting players in. I lived next to Proctor in a good spot, That can't happen anymore. The housing around here has grown so much and for players to move up or take the risk it's not worth it potentially.
Unless you're on pretty serious money you're not getting a place close to the beach like you used to and AJ menttioned that everyone besides him, Verrills, Foz and CG didn't live near the beach compared to 5+ years ago, it was all for grabs years on a nrl contract and businesses like Birdys missus at Nobbys beach front were sweet and investments around the area that have gone away.
Now it's really hard to actually move to a good spot unless you have legit money and the prices have only gone up... Which makes deals around top 30 harder imo, the prices around living are the same so why bother with the move.
The Roosters for instance apparently bought a complete block of housing out for their junior teams, I don't expect that but that's what we're dealing with and a lot of the other teams are doing the same.

Thats not correct. The 3 per cent in your example is applied to the sub component and not the total nor is it compounded. If a ticket selling for $300 is made up of $100 for wages, $100 for other costs and $100 for profit , and that wages, other costs and profit all went up by 3 per cent each, then the wages cost increase is $3 (ie 3 per cent of the wages cost of $100.). The same calculation is applied to both other costs and profits. The overall increase of $9 still only results in an overall increase of 3 per cent ($309/$300) and not some compounded figure. You know that increases of a couple percent across multiple cost units would make a higher increase in the end product right
