2025 Squad, Signings and Rumours Thread

From Wide World of Sports

The Titans are in danger of losing boom front-rower Josiah Pahulu to a Sydney club, with the Bulldogs leading the chase.

The Kiwi-born giant played 19 games in his rookie season and looks a real prospect.

The Dogs rate Pahulu highly, meeting with the youngster last week.

The 20-year-old former Queensland Under 19 forward doesn't come off contract until the end of next season and so is free to talk to rival clubs in the interim.

The Titans are desperate to keep Pahulu but will struggle to match the pulling power of the Sydney clubs after his signature.

I think we will keep him. Based purely on a character assessment of him.

Yeah losing Pahulu would be a massive gut-punch. Would be sickening. Only cope I can consider is that i'm pretty big on Arama's natural abilities, and will pray he has a big pre-season with a huge opportunity on the way.

Also, Papenhuyzen re-signing to a weird 1 year deal means you can add him to the list of fullbacks coming off-contract same time as Keano (ideally Roosters or whoever want to land him)... sadly, however, you can also add the Storm to the list of teams that will be able to shuffle some chairs very very easily and be in range for Keano. Either way, we are absolutely cooked if he hits open market, probably no chance of keeping him actually. We better get this shit done soon.

I believe Ezra Howe played a huge part in this, Pahulu saw himself to be only a titan, I heard Pahulu was waiting for titans to offer him a deal but heard nothing, lets hope they don’t make the same mistake with Kini.

Surely they're content with Faalogo? Similar player to Kini

The pessimisim has started real early this year, I'm saving mine hopefully for Round 3/4, preferably 4.

Everything will be alright if we believe in our lord and saviour.
