Print editions of Big League will be available at Rugby League Las Vegas, Magic Round Brisbane, State of Origin and the NRL Grand Final, with weekly digital editions available for every other round of the NRL Telstra Premiership.

Since Big League magazine stopped rolling off the presses during the COVID-affected 2020 season, rugby league fans have felt like something was missing in their match day experience - and now it's back.

Whether at the big games with friends and reading the special features in the collectors' edition of Big League or following the weekly action at home with the digital version, you won't miss a thing with your official match program.

From the magnificent images captured by the game's leading photographers to feature stories on the game's superstars, Big League has it all covered.

Keep count of the scrums and penalties just like the good old days on the team lists pages of the magazine or test your knowledge of the greatest game of all in our weekly quiz.

Fans can subscribe to the new Big League print and digital editions by going to nrl.com/bigleague

Ah yes. Just imagine flicking through that with your favourite brew.

I was a subscriber when it was unceremoniously killed off. With no announcement.

What I like about this is that they are still going to do paper versions for big events.

They are getting a good blend of digital and paper. They give people options.

And there is even an international postage option.

I also think Big League is needed as a breeding ground for up and coming journos.

The NRL also bought the RLW brand and IP.

Oh another cool thing, ACCESS TO THE BIG LEAGUE ARCHIVE!!!!!!!!

I just subscribed, so I will let you know what happens and what it is like. The digital platform launches March 5.

Yep I subscribed also so will keep anyone interested posted
Diehard the memories Wednesday afternoon running to the paper shop after school to get the league week but the biggest excitement was always the summer edition which had the gains and losses for all the teams

Oh yea! Taking them to school, hiding it in your folder and taking a peek. Chatting to friends about the games ahead.

I was a sub and due to being overseas, I was using the digital magazine format. I loved it. You could zoom in easily, flick the pages easily. You could search key words throughout.

Using the Big League archive we can delve back to 2007 and the Titans early years. It's going to be eye opening.

The game should also offer this with all NRL Club Memberships as an add-on.

You can also buy subscriptions as a "gift".

My son used to get it each week after RLW folded. As a young nipper, his teachers were amazed how good his maths was. Later he got the Big League Annuals each year and would pour over the stats with his weet-bix. He's now considering a Maths Degree.

Rugby League is great for kids in so many ways and these publications taught me to read as a kid and are still benefitting the next generation. You need paper for that. A welcome return.

Thank you for subscribing to Big League. We're really excited to be back in publication and have big plans for the season ahead.

Our digital platform will go live next week and will feature all Big League content, plus the Big League archives dating back to 1974.
