Elliott Farell had earlier come close to scoring in the 3rd minute when he took a kick to his wing on the full and tip toe down the right touchline to get the ball down in the right corner however the touchline ruled that Elliott Farrell had put his foot on the touchline before grounding the ball.

The Tweed Heads MM Cup squad is stacked with outstanding talent and one of the first picked no doubt will be Billy Wellard.

He by no means the biggest front rower but he will outwork anyone and I mean anyone.

What is happening with Caelys Putoko for 2025.
It is a good question mate because I have not heard anything since the end of the MM Cup competition where he played for the Jets. He did sign a two year train and trial deal so hopefully he still has links to the Titans.

Same here which is why I asked the question. He showed very good promise as a centre so hopefully he is still with us as I assumed he would be MM eligible for 2025 but have not heard a thing

Was watching some CC games this week and can see why the club rates JZ Perenera/Livapulu/whatever he prefers to be called so highly. Defensively was very good. His initial contact looked great, sticks really well. Heaps of kids look like attacking superstars at that level and he’s got some of that in him too, but it’s the other side of the ball I was most impressed with.

I think it might be Jesus one of them haha, I remember he did something good and I'm guessing his family where chanting for him, He doesn't get many opportunities in that team either being pretty poor so don't really get to see what he can do on attack.

Elliot Farrell is a bit of a sneaky one, Reminds me a bit of Corey Oates but thicker.

Also in the 37th minute from two passes to the left of the play the ball Cortez Fitzpatrick stepped off his left foot twice to get within four metres of the try line from sixteen metres out.
