18 year old Luke Barnett starts in the centres this weekend in Round One of the NRRRL First Grade competition for the Casino Cougars against the Ballina Seagulls.
 
Big call I know but I am going to call it now that the best player in 2025 in the NRRRL First Grade competition is going to be 20 year olf Casino Cougars half/five eight Waylon Caldwell.

On the weekend he starts at five eight in Round One against Ballina.

I have been lucky enough to have seen young play maker Kai Saunders play on a number of occasions over the years including for PBC SHS and I am looking forward to watching him line up for the Murwillumbah Mustangs this Sunday in Round One of the NRRRL U18 competition against the Cudgen Hornets.
