Ever now and then I have a look to see if anyone I know is celebrating a birthday, and today there is not a single forum member with a birthday today.

Over 3,000 forum members and not one has a birthday today.

With 365 days in a year that's like a 1 in a million chance of that happening! :p
 
Well for all those who were wondering I can now tell you, as of today, what being 60 feels like ... it feels just when I was 17 :)

My pleasure and I can privately announce that there is a very reasonable chance that I will be on the Coast for the next home game. I will be recognisable as the 6'3" version of my avatar.

Cheers mate … semantics were never my strong point … stand deep, run hard and hold onto the bloody ball. In fact, not bad advice these days either :)

A belated (yesterday) very Happy Birthday to one of the great advocates of RL I have ever had the pleasure to know, the one and only DIEHARD.

I really do wish you all the best with all the endeavours you pursue, and I know with your dogged persistance and your self belief as well as the belief you have for your causes and for the fights you fight, you will always find yourself on the right side of right.

I have known you since we first met in the carpark at Carrara after game 1, waving flags and meeting other fans, and you have taken the Titans forum and fan base to become something amazing and creative, and it may never have become what it is today without your selfless and tireless efforts in the face of all the adversity along the way. Tamwelg has certainly taken up the batton and built on your foundations, and both of you have built a legacy together with this forum.

I watch what you do in Hong Kong, raising awareness for the game you love so much, and I have always admired your drive and enthusiasm for RL and the other issues you believe in.

You are a genuine fighter of the good fight and a loud and clear voice for those who cant be heard. You have a great future as a leader and advocate of any of the causes you choose to pursue.

I wish you well on your birthday, but it is for your future pursuits that I give you my best wishes. All the best Brad.

How did I miss your birthday Diehard? Went by in a flash, so happy belated how-ever many and may your pubes never turn into fish hooks :)
