Round 11. KNIGHTS vs TITANS (2023)

Ponga really turning it on with weeks until Origin. Let's not continue to offer him a platform for a form turn around.

As predicted leeming on with 20 minutes to go the coaches bench rotation is a shocker

Bench edge forward terrible in defence caught out play after play and there you go playing ponga into form watch the last 20 minutes now and how many times he will touch the ball

God forbid we had the guts to win 3 on the trot. Another very winnable game all but out of reach because we can’t put together even a 60 minute performance. ****ing woeful

Knights line speed in defence is winning them this game titans haven’t reacted to short shifts

Terrible coaching today, went in with wrong bench no game plan and players lacking that mental toughness folded quick when knights put pressure on
Knights 13 from 13 in second half in completion rate that’s mental toughness there

So what's the general consensus among us with finals? Because I will always remain hopeful but how can we be so inconsistent?

Even if we get enough points, we won't last long and will get found out. Really frustrating for everyone because I feel we are a much better side than last year but we can't get the pieces together. We suffer the same weaknesses and bad habits.

Hard to believe there is still 11mins left here.

Even with context of how teams off byes are always winning, I just didn't want us to fall away like this after a big two games we've put in but it was always probably going to happen, I hoped for a win but with how we've been using our forwards against a team coming off a bye. 34 points against us means not a lot has changed but our luck.

How we use Tino and Moe is unsustainable especially going deeper into the season, Kelly keeps playing yet we dropped a guy who actually tried on defence in Schoupp, Foran is being held together by needles,

I'm not a Holbrook hater, not a supporter really either but his interchanges are the worst in the league and it's hurting us constantly. If he knew when and how to use them we might still lose, but games would be a lot closer.

I stand and applaud our super hero David Fifita. He has heart, he has believe. He is an absolute leader. A friggin 90m try by DF!? Has he ever done that in his career?
