Classic Corey, cracks the shits when we win, dont worry Corey I still remember you, KHunt and Boyd standing outside the regatta toilets hassling every girl who went past and then going to water when you got confronted about it!

Back to the game, some stand out efforts, Kini running for 200m every game seems a given, Lofi with some redepmption and just solid plays all round! Our bench needs fixing badly but will take it when we can come back from 14 down to win when that seemed impossible at the start of the season
 
Just shows what happens if you win the collision on both sides of the ball. In the 1st half they were gun shy on the collision and the almighty half time spray by Des (was shown on Kayo) which apparently was centred on their lack of winning the collision, showed it had the desired effect.

Great comeback.

How good is Clark and he was the only forward who stood up all game.

Don't discredit Moe mate. Moe had 22 Carries for 197m, 57 PCM, and made 37 tackles, missing ZERO.
 
Funny what happens when BK and Mo cut out the penalties … Fermor again underwhelming but whatever, a w is a w.

After 18+ runs I'm guessing when he ended up having 23... Should've had 2 for 4m, Also funny watching Felise give no effort for the Haas try.

Nice to see Titans coming back from half time deficit instead of the Holbrook era big leads being blown by pathetic second half performances.

We owed the Dolphins this for the heartbreak they caused us last season with their record comeback!
 
First half observations.

Palasia's stint to start the game might be the biggest creampie powderpuff effort I've ever witnessed from a middle. 1 run for 6 metres in 16 minutes and some of the softest arm grab efforts you'll see. On numerous occassions he couldn't even bring the Dolphins ball carrier down as the third man in low at the ankles. GTFO of my club you pillow. No wonder Des hooked you.

Liu - He was OK as a defensive toiler/15th best player at the Roosters but he's completely washed up now. A waste of a bench and roster spot just like Pillowsia.

David Fifita what the actual **** are you doing at marker? You do realise you're supposed to get into position there BEFORE they play the ball right? I sighted him getting rolled at marker at one stage after a dominant tackle. How is that even possible haha?

Todd Smith you probably wouldn't be getting backchat if you were consistent with your definitions of holding down too long for both teams. A couple of very soft penalties against us in the first half, while the Dolphins were allowed to push the boundaries of consent in the first 40 minutes.

Second half observations

It's common knowledge I'm not a big Lofi fan but he did really well today. Even his yardage carries were better than normal. That loose ball pickup at speed and work in limited space for the second try was exceptional. Not many wingers can pull that off. Credit where it's due.

Did BK have a game with zero major errors and no brain explosions? Someone please check if hell is freezing over!

Playing simple, mistake free footy, running hard and winning the contact in the middle leads to rewards. Even when your halves aren't at their sharpest.

Can't remember the last time we had the composure to game manage a field goal - even if it looked a little disorganised.

JC has been a bit clunky the last couple of weeks.

Randall uncharacteristically overplayed his hand at dummy half a few times and wrecked a couple of inside opposition 20 sets.

Corey Parker - How could Foran have committed a professional foul on Bostock when Bostock knocked the ball on prior to the play where Foran got involved? Moron.

Mo Fotuaika great game big fella. Kini keeps working hard for the team too.

Do I think so little of him but hasn't Fermor been good lately as well?

I've usually had the same feelings about him but think he's giving us what we got before the ACL on attack but also not as bad on defence lately? He's actually a solid hitter and can hear the contact most times through the mic, Just can't read but is hustling and trying which is making him way more useful, He's had some good moments.

We just started completing and gaining momentum with the new forwards on the park imo, Palasia and to a less extent Liu who did slow everything down defensively were so bad.

Hell is freezing over mate. Not only did Bk have an error free game, so did Lofi (who was very good and actually ran hard).

Geez we were sh!thouse in that first 40. We did well not to be down by heaps. I was getting pretty dark, so glad we lifted. But PLEASE! NO MORE SAMI IN THE CENTRES!!! I just can't take it anymore! And Pillowsia and Liu have to go.

Some fantastic change in attitude at half time. What do you think Des said to them? I'm guessing:
"Billy was right about you Dave".
"You've played your last rep footy without more aggression, Mo".
"Pillow and Liuser - you're both finished. Who wants to go with them?"
"Foz - for christ's sake talk to that idiot next to you in D."
"Bugger me! Randy is human after all."

So happy for Clark that he got to get in TPJ's face. He would have been thinking about that all week. He deserves that reward. Clark and Kini were stand outs for mine. Lofi had his best game too. BK was solid. They must both be due for a howler next week.

And can we please play for 80 minutes FFS?
