Round 22: TITANS vs MANLY (2022)

Ah yes the familiar feeling of leading at halftime

Hoping under more fatigue we show some continuation of the effort areas we’re doing reasonably well so far (by our standards)

Campbell will be easy meat until he learns to pass.
Leave AJ as captain IMO

I think the C next to his name will make him lift every week and we need him to

It's Tanah's 7 to lose now

Wow!! Played with so much more energy, great way to end the weekend. I am going to embrace this win to just remind me of what we can actually do with some self belief and playing as a team!

So good to finally get another win, and such a big one at that. I really think we aren't a bottom of the table side, we haven't had 50 put on us or been held scoreless all year, I just feel like a combination of things lead to a shocking season. Optimistic that with Verills and Foran coming, plus a lot tougher pre-season and new defensive coach we can be back on the rise next year and that this season was just a speed bump. We've got the nucleus of a good side there with an all-rep quality forward pack and a very solid spine next year. Really unsure about who should be our fullback next season though, I was in the AJ to centre camp but after todays game I feel like he is way too dangerous to be stuck on one side of the field, plus hes much better defensively than JC.

Was pretty frustrating how we slacked off in the last 20 minutes, easily could've scored 50. Beau's try was the perfect way to end it though haha so I'm happy

Great to see D Fifita show a bit of the destructive runs that he has been missing. I hope he takes some confidence from that performance.
