Round 25: TITANS vs ROOSTERS (2024)

Well done to Titans fans for 19,286 showing up. Strong crowd considering.

Interesting to note that the Dogs have not had a single point scored against them in the 2nd half since 4 August 2024. If only we could produce that same grit, resilience and determination in defence and they have the smallest pack in the comp. They put our big name, mentally challenged, and high paying forward pack to shame.

The bulldogs have actually conceded 338 fewer points than this time last year, while we have conceded 16 more.

Bringing in that many new faces surely clears the stench of being shit out of their minds. I feel our biggest issue it mentally thinking deep down we are a bunch of losers, so they always eventually give up on themselves and haven't got that killer instinct in them

They always seem to roll over eventually

I couldn’t believe how stacked the Roosters team was last Sunday.
The whole team was full of big money representative players including the bench.

As luck would have it after my disappointment with the signing I came across the Chooks Bus with all these fans barricaded to do signings and photos with the players which they were happily doing (oh the irony).

So anyway a security guy lets me across the barricades so I could keep walking and who so happened to be on the other side of the bus on his own………

None other than Uncle Nick.

Now I wasn’t rude or aggressive but I did tell him that his team on the day had to be over the cap as the maths doesn’t add up.

His care factor would be zero but it was nice for me.
