Agree to some extent, but you would have thought Des would be able to improve the roster he inherited, that’s the question-have we improved under Des?
Mate I love JC but I think I was too narrow in my earlier praise of him at 6. The halves also have to be strong talkers in D and watching BK, Lofi and Dave, they're either ignoring him or he's not talking. Not only do they look they don't train full time. They look like they never play together.
I have been a full member since day dot but this year my family changed to a four game membership instead. I was considering another full membership again next year but sadly I don't think so now. Just getting tired, as is everyone, of the same old same old every damn year. Promise heaps, deliver nothing. We are just making up the numbers.
Only positive
There absolutely has been improvement under Des. It is just the same culprits' that keep messing up the work that has been put in because they simply just do not care enough. There is definitely a divide in this playing group because certain players aren't getting their way anymore (I am sure you can all read in between the lines with who I am referring too). We need the boys to have some real accountability for their actions on and off the field. It is what we miss with Tino not being present on the field. Someone to actually call them out - Not in a "you're a $h!tcuNT" way, but in a "you are better than this" way.
