Round 26: STORM vs TITANS (2023)

Wow glad the ref was more confident than I was about Kelly grounding the ball. Other angle confirms it.

Klese and Tommy in a lot of trouble on D

Schoupp isn’t helping himself but he’s being put in a lose lose position a fair bit. Melb doing a very good job pulling that edge apart

Tino with 24 tackles, 13 hit ups and 13 runs for 133m (67 PCM). Joliffe with 19 tackles, 7 hit ups and 10 runs for 108m (37 PCM). These two are carrying us right now, and it's clear that we are desperately missing Sami's carries.

I truly cannot remember the last time we, collectively as a team, actually made more than 1-2 attempts per game to contest bombs, rather than just slowly jog to the ball.

See what happens when we have support runners?

Now lets see how it works... If it works wonders, JC easily slots into 5/8 when he's back.

YUP! Keep AJ centre.

Guys.... The signs are showing to be decent. But, let's see how it works for the rest of the game. I am convinced already. WE SHOULD HAVE HAD WEAVER KICKING FROM THE START BTW!

Anyone with an IQ over 1 can see we need to get AJ, Kini and JC all on the field for 80 minutes.

1 Kini
4. AJ
6. JC
7. Weaver/Boyd
