Round 9: TITANS vs BULLDOGS (MAGIC 2025)

I was at the game yesterday and even a couple of girls behind me who were storm supporters said that Tino should be passing the ball to Moe because he isn't doing anything. It isn't just us who notice. Something has to be done

I finally got up enough gumption to sit through the Dogs game twice yesterday and for what it's worth:

Without a halfback, not even a hint of a kicking game, two sin bins, no real rub of the green plus that dysfunctional left edge I feel the effort from the rest was pretty impressive.

If we didn't have those three numbnutz on the left edge, looking at you AJ, BK and AKP, we were well in the contest. Tiny Mits Fermor escapes that criticism on the back of his effort, but only just as he spent a fair amount of that effort just flapping around. I suppose if you stand too close to the other three then some is sure to rub off ... like that first tackle dropped ball.

When you add the players who were missing all hope is not lost ... but there is little doubt that at some stage in our history someone well-connected one Friday the 13th walked under multiple ladders, angered a galaxy of black cats before taking a sledgehammer to the entire stock of a mirror shop.

Yeah that’s what I said at the end of the match thread. Given the circumstances 38-18 isn’t as horrific as it could’ve been.
