Yeah, I mean.. ugh. They just can’t help themselves can they?.

I will say in fairness, that sponsor destroys whatever design we throw out there.
 
Another massive downside to the sponsor is that the training gear actually looks pretty awesome this year and would’ve considered buying something, but no chance with that massive gross fruit bowl in the middle. Seriously praying the club dumps this sponsor next season once their contract is up.
 
Just when you think we’re starting to head in the right direction.. bam we’re right back to where we were 10 years ago. A mix between the 2013 helmet tummy and the navy blue monstrosity.

I saw this written elsewhere but it summarises (IMO) why we can’t build any sort of brand identity: we are the only team with a colour in its title and we choose not to incorporate that colour in our jersey design. It’s baffling why we keep reverting to navy blue just like every other club.

Can’t imagine jersey sales are going to be great for Dynasty. They may live to regret the extra 3 years..
 
I don’t mind it from this view where you can see a bit more of the gold and white. The helmet definitely isn’t as bad as 2013, being higher on the chest sort of makes it a bit more like armour, but I still think we should have been going for a new era with a stronger classic design rather than going back to previous designs for inspo.

I agree with you @Jonno12 that it definitely is better than the old helmet tummy because it’s positioned higher. The eye slits almost hint at chevrons.

The sleeves reinforce to me that gold was purposefully avoided with the inclusion of the bigger dark blue bands around the arms. And even the conservative splooge of gold on the lower side.

Their original "lifesaving" concept was the only thing I have ever been envious of and I must admit their new logo isn't too shabby either but the sport, their jersey and the disregarding of gold is just pitiful. However, I do like our colours especially when they are professionally incorporated with logic, style and taste.

Because that would make too much sense. They really are pushing the dark blue this year though..

My only hope is that they have something up their sleeve for the 20th anniversary, which will be after this two year cycle of jerseys. Hopefully we get another decent gold ‘city’ jersey in the meantime. The last few iterations have been pretty nice.
 
Hopefully i'm not keeping my hopes up here, but Savvy Supporter has dropped a couple new Titans pieces for 2025 including a coaches warm-up tee, and they have a placeholder link for a 'Gold Coast Titans Mens Heritage Polo Shirt' -> https://savvysupporter.com.au/gold-coast-titans-2025-nrl-mens-heritage-polo-shirt.html

If it's a Chargers or Giants themed polo shirt I won't know what to do with myself lol, will be wearing it everyday.

Seriously though, would be wayyy past time the Titans did something about a Chargers or Giants heritage nod, been too long and the looks are iconic.
 
You are speaking my language @NZTITAN. The fans would love it. I’d probably have to buy two. Chargers were my first GC team. Great memories of that short burst of support. And the Giants stuff looked great.

Yeah I’ve been chasing a chargers jersey for ages but couldn’t bring myself to pay $500+ for the ones getting around so I messaged my team shop to see if they would be releasing a replica chargers jersey anytime soon and they said march
