Titans jerseys and merchandise - New 2025 range

Apparently we are getting a new jersey for next season, and the only intel on it is that it ’resembles an Auckland Nines jersey’ per jersey_tragic on Instagram.

I’ll hope his mail is wrong here, I think our current kit is pretty good apart from maybe the absolute worst torso sponsor the world has ever seen, and if this new design is similar to a Nines jersey I’ll be sick 🤢

Have really not been a fan of the tacky gimmicky marketing tone they’ve recently implemented that comes across like an uncool uncle trying to fit in with the kids

Really liked our current jersey I’ll be disappointed if we take a step back with the design

I was worried until I realised how would that dribbler have any idea what we’re doing
 
I'll see what they come up with before I make judgement. I haven't been too impressed with the last few years jerseys overall.
 
As for our home jersey I felt that we had reached some much needed consistency which included some things that have become a Titans tradition like the blended blue. It looks class.

I don't think we should be known for gimmicky jerseys. And that is what the Nines was for.

I think as a club we have amazing colours and overall our merch leaves me unsatisfied.
 
Out of these the only one that I liked was 2017 which looked like armour. Which is also too gimmicky to me for a regular.

I dislike half done sword/helmet motifs

2020 arrow one defies comprehension. Looks like a soccer jersey.

The club should be having a gold away jersey for starters. We need more gold.

If they screw up the 25/26 jersey line. It is time to clean house and try something new. Heaps of the fan concepts look great. And they always lean towards traditional and not gimmicky. Or if they are gimmicky they are creative.
 
The club has never needed a gimmicky look, our colours are bold as is, just stick to something traditional. The basic ones have always looked the best. The recent ANZAC, Polynesian, Indigenous, City jerseys have all looked pretty bad sorry to say.

Oh, and please release a Chargers or Giants heritage ffs.

The Seagulls heritage jerseys have been by far my favourite. A Giants heritage jersey if pulled off right would be incredible.

Funnily enough I actually made a Giants jersey concept, it went semi-viral on social media last year, and the response to it was pretty unanimous that it was a good idea and plenty of non-Titans fans expressed their interest in buying it, so I hope the club isn’t afraid to go down that route at some stage.. plus the colours are super solid to wear with almost anything aswell!.

I really hope this isn’t the case. We have made good progress with our previous two iterations towards building a brand identity, a move back to a gimmicky sword or helmet focused jersey would undo all that work.

Pretty simple - keep the main jersey consistent with recent iterations and experiment with the away - preferably gold!

If they really want to boost sales give us a collar. I’ll be the first to buy a gold collared jersey if they make one.

Clearing the decks I guess.

One of the annoying things about this online shop is how it hides the availability of sizes, so you need to click through each and usually get disappointed with "Out of Stock" for the M, L, XL and 2XL.

For example. I was looking at a Titans Polo. Always good for work. I had to click through 11 sizes to discover that only Small was available.

Same deal with the black and gold Titans basketball single. Clicked through 11 sizes, only Small available. Why even list the sizes at all? If they aren't available, don't show them.

False hope and disappointment is their favourite way to engage their fans - on and off the field
