Titans NRLW 2024

Got to chat with Vani at the end briefly and she has at least 5 stitches in her lip. Apparently the local had definitely worn off by full time 😂

Titans playmaker extends lead in Dally M voting

Gold Coast halfback Lauren Brown has extended her lead in Dally M voting after another starring performance for the Titans in Round 2 of NRLW matches.

Brown, who played a key role in Queensland's historic State of Origin series win, picked up the maximum six points in the Titans 28-12 defeat of Wests Tigers to add to the six points she earned in Round 1.

Raiders playmaker Zahara Temara also polled a further two votes in Saturday's 26-20 loss to the Knights to remain in second place - five behind Brown.

Canberra team-mate Simaima Taufa received a further three votes to take her tally to six and move into equal third place with Cronulla's Annessa Biddle, who got six votes in Sunday's 18-16 win over the Eels.

Jillaroos five-eighth Tarryn Aiken picked up five votes in Sydney Roosters 28-12 win against the Broncos to join Sharks lock Brooke Anderson, who received two votes in Round 2, and Parramatta fullback Abi Church in equal fifth.

Jorgensen out. Don’t know why.
I think Niall will play 2nd row and Hailee-Jay Centre.
My depth fears continue to grow.

I reckon Niall might be better suited to the second-row. Hailee-Jay is a capable replacement. We have a strong squad. With the comp expanding, all teams struggle finding top grade seasoned players. The game is good and only getting better.

Yeah but what I’m saying is we’ve lost so many already

We are at a critical mass in round 3

TBF, take 7 out of any top 30 and that team is going to be tested. And isn't the women's squad numbers smaller than 30?

Looks like Marvin Monroe has been working with our NRLW team as well this week. I would have thought Friday night would have been enough for them to switch on.

Is this the same team looks like they haven’t trained together, it’s a training run for the broncos

Was afraid of this coming.
Our form was misleading
Critical mass injuries list
Drongoes have to win too
And it’s come to fruition

I love Elliston but I don't think she's a second rower anymore. I was looking forward to seeing Niall play 2R. Hasn't been cutting it at centre. Grey isn't having a good game but neither is Vani or Fui.

We can still make it respectable. I think we're fitter and stronger if we get our heads right.
